好像碰到埃及骗子了！！

害人之心不可有，防人之心不可无。
听说国外前两年次贷危机时候，就是利用信用卡欺诈。
大致就是在他划款24小时内可以把款追回。
更直白点讲，他有可能利用其他方式把款追回。
当然我不是行家，只是知道这点罢了，希望对大家有所帮助。

国内大部分信用卡也是48小时保护的，也就是说你在信用卡挂失前48小时内的损失银行会给你追回来，追不回来银行会赔偿的。
